Returns and Exchanges
Not accepted, but please do contact us if you have problems with your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made within 1 day from the order date without incurring a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is TEN (10) PERCENT of the product total and is in place because all our pillows are custom cut and made to the size you specify when you order. If you cancel, we may have already used our supplies and resources to start work on your specific pillow(s). No cancellations can be made once the order has shipped.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives and is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to repair or replace the item. We will not accept claims when notified more than 72 hours after package delivery.
It is important to keep in mind that some fabrics have certain natural characteristics that should not be considered as defects. Linen fabrics may have occasional loops and slubs, which are due to the nature of linen fibers and the rustic surroundings of the weaving process. Handprinted fabrics may show insignificant misprints and random flecks. Handwoven and hand-dyed textiles may have irregularities inherent to the techniques used in creating the fabric.

Availability
At SparkModern.com, we go out of our way to create the kind of distinctive textiles for which the SM aesthetic is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock may not be refreshed. That means that once an item is sold out, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on SparkModern.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.
